	Age: 32 Location: Schaumburg, IL Occupation: CEO/President, Lean on Me Services Status: Single Children: 2 Michelle is the founder of “Lean On Me Services, LLC” that began in 2007.  She is a single mother, writer, author, mentor and speaker to youth, especially young girls becoming ladies, abused women and single mothers. Being a victim of abuse as a child has lead Michelle on a profound journey to assist and help individuals reach their dreams and goal regardless of the past and present challenges. Michelle’s life and words will inspire, touch and encourage every girl and woman who strives for a better future.  “I have been faced with much adversity and now have peace within myself. With determination, drive and faith in God gave me the strength to persevere and become the person I am today.”  She has self-published her first memoir “Shh… Don’t Tell,” which talks about her painful past emotional, physical, psychological, verbal and spiritual abuse from loved ones faced while growing up. 1. What is your biggest accomplishment? Being a successful single mother of two beautiful kids who are truly a blessing and gift from God.  During my tribulations and accomplishing my goals in life my kids empathized and understood the agony and struggles faced while trying to heal from my past abuse. They were patient, loving, understanding, compassionate and very compromising during my weak moments. 2. Name your favorite movie. Pretty Woman with Richard Gere and Julia Roberts.  I gain a new insight of myself from watching Pretty Woman especially after conquering different obstacles in my life. 3. Describe your personal diva style. Having confidence and self-esteem and believing in myself.  Knowing that I am a great divine woman and there is no other in this world like me.  4. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received? To dream and reach high, for each and every step you make brings you closer to your dreams. 5. You look mah-valous! What is your secret?? Being comfortable, secure and content within myself, and drinking plenty of water as well as living a stress free life. 6. What's one dream you look forward to having come true? Helping others that are headed down the wrong path, or in distress and less fortunate reach their goals and become a better person.   7. If a movie were made about your life, what actress would play you and who would be your leading man? Angela Bassett and Tyler Perry. 8. What 3 adjectives would your best friend use to describe you? Driven, Determined and Vivacious! 9. What makeup/beauty essential can you absolutely positively not live without? Lip gloss and Lip stick. 10. What’s playing on your CD or MP3 player right now? Shirley Caesar, “I Know the Truth.” 11. What is one thing you wish more people knew about you? That I am a passionate and gregarious person.  I love to spend each and every second and minute I am blessed to see another day trying to make a difference in my life and other people lives as well. 12. What, in your opinion, is the formula for success? True self-fulfillment and happiness while obtaining your goals, brings a level of peace within to know that Drive + Determination = Success. 13. What motivates you? My children motivate me to continue to build a dynasty for them on assisting with planning, accomplishing goals, providing support, while caring, loving, and giving them better opportunities as well as encouraging them to reach higher heights and never settle for less. And most importantly to use their God given gifts constructively and to make an impact in their life and this world. 14.
